Pablo Picasso’s Guernica
. Each poster in this series is a representation of a famous work of art reinterpreted as if the artist had been a film director instead, and then I illustrated and designed a poster based on that “film”.
Each billing block is made up of names of people who could have theoretically been involved in the film at the time.
All were 27" x 40", printed on backlit film, and mounted on backlit frames to evoke the real feeling of seeing promotional film posters lit up at the theater.
